PAYMENT Financial Technologies Ltd., Company No. 515166544 (hereinafter: “the Company”), values the privacy of its users as defined in the terms of use operated and managed by the Company, or any other website established and/or to be established by the Company, whether solely or in collaboration with others, that does not have a specific policy (hereinafter: “the Site”). Therefore, the Company has decided to publish its policy regarding the protection of user privacy on the Site.
This Privacy Policy aims to explain the practices of the Company regarding user privacy on the Site and how the Company utilizes information provided by users or collected during their use of the Site.
Your use of the Site and any of the services offered within it signifies your consent to the Company’s Privacy Policy outlined in this policy. This usage constitutes acceptance of the terms specified herein. Therefore, if you do not agree with any of the terms or provisions in this policy, please refrain from using the Site.

As part of the registration process, you will be required to provide personal information, including your name, identification number, contact details, email address, occupation, payment details, bank account information, financial data, and other personal details (collectively referred to as “Personal Information”). Registration for certain services on the Site cannot be completed without providing the required information in the mandatory fields. The Company may request only specific Personal Information necessary for the service to which you are registering, and for other services, you may be asked to provide additional Personal Information. Additionally, after registration, the Company may contact you to obtain further Personal Information.
1.3 When using the Site and its system, information about you is collected. Some of this information may personally identify you, such as your name, address, and similar details. Other information does not personally identify you and is not stored with your Personal Information. This includes statistical and aggregate data. Additionally, the information may include further details such as the geographic location of your computer while using the Site, information about your computer and browser, details about the services you have used and how you interact with these services, actions you have taken, pages you have viewed, offers and services that interested you, advertisements you have seen on the Site, your IP address, and more. 1.4 According to the law, you are not obligated to provide your Personal Information to the Company. However, the Company will be unable to permit your use of the Site if you do not provide the required details.

1.6 For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the COMPANY is not obligated to retain the aforementioned information and may, at its discretion, delete all or part of it from time to time.
2. Company Database
2.1 The Company’s database is registered in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: “the Database” and “the Privacy Protection Law”), and the Company operates in compliance with the aforementioned law and all other relevant regulations.
2.2 By providing your Personal Information, you consent to the inclusion of such information in the relevant database. The Company is authorized to use this information in accordance with the Terms of Use, this Policy, and applicable law.
2.3 In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, every individual is entitled to access their personal information held in a database, either directly or through an authorized representative or guardian, subject to legal provisions. If an individual reviews their information and finds it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, they may request that the data owner correct or delete the information. Should the data owner refuse this request, they must notify the requester in the manner and form specified by the regulations. If the data owner refuses to allow access or to amend or delete the information, the requester has the right to appeal to the Magistrates Court in the manner and form established by the regulations.
2.4 In the event of termination of the service and a request for data deletion, the information required by the Company for managing its business— including records of commercial and other activities conducted on the Site—will continue to be retained in the Company’s databases as permitted by law. However, this information will no longer be used for marketing purposes. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days that the requested information has been removed in accordance with this clause, you are entitled to file a petition with the Magistrates Court under the relevant regulations, seeking an order for the Company to comply.

Handling the execution of the loan, including the transfer of payments related to it, as well as collection actions through all legal means.
Collection of fees owed to the Company in accordance with the Terms of Use and pricing schedule.

The information utilized by the Company for these purposes will primarily consist of statistical data that does not personally identify you.
Tailoring the content of the Site to align with your areas of interest.

This may include professional content, updates, publications, notifications, and various offers based on the data in its information repositories, including utilizing different attributes of this information.
5.2 This information will be sent to you only if you have provided your consent, including at the time of registration on the Site or at a later date, and as long as you have not revoked your consent, or as permitted by applicable laws.
5.3 The Company does not provide direct mailing services for others and will not disclose your Personal Information or any accumulated data to third parties for direct mailing purposes without your consent. However, we may share information related to the loan terms, its purpose, your profile, and similar data. Additionally, in the event of a breach of the loan agreement or legal action for debt collection, we reserve the right to provide your full details.
6.4 To operate the Site and or system, including facilitating the transfer of funds and fees between users, we may disclose certain information to trustees, banks managing the transfer account, and other relevant entities.
6.5 Transfer of Information to Tax Authorities: As required by law, the Company may need to provide information related to tax withholding and VAT charges. This includes, but is not limited to, details necessary for compliance with tax regulations.
6.6 If you engage with third-party content or participate in joint activities between the Company and a third party as presented on the Site, the necessary information will be shared with the relevant third party. This information will be used to manage the relevant activity and to establish or maintain contact with you.
6.7 We may allow you to share activities performed on the Site with your friends on social networks such as Facebook through features like “Share” and “Like” buttons. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, that may result from the loss, disclosure, or unauthorized use of your information.
9.3 Beyond the uses outlined above, the Company commits to not using the details specified in this section without your authorization, unless required by law or a court order and/or necessary to protect the rights of the Company and/or its representatives and/or to enforce the terms of this Policy and the Site’s Terms of Use and/or to act in defense of the interests of Site users and/or to prevent misuse of the Site. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is clarified that in any case of dispute between you and the Company, on any matter, the Company may use the information as necessary for its defense, to the extent required and in accordance with applicable law.
